The Ultimate Challenge 2008 - Spectacular apprentice show

The Maltings, Farnham - Tuesday 4 March 2008

The Ultimate Challenge once again celebrated the hard work, dedication and creativity of local hairdressers on Tuesday 4 March at The Maltings in Farnham, Surrey. While the scores were being added up, Wendy Cummins, Artistic Director for the National Hairdressers Federation introduced two of her creative team (Claire Solman and Alan Le Raze) who entertained spectators with a lively demonstration of their cutting edge skills on around 10 models.

The competitions, organised by Inter Training Services Ltd, included Young Apprentices and NVQ level 1 students who are still at school, Advanced Apprentices and senior stylists. Trophies, medals, diplomas and cash prizes were presented by Programme Manager Tracey Whitehead who said "I'm delighted by the standard of the work and professionalism that all the competitors have shown this evening."
