For the past 16 years we have been working with around 75 partner salons across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire providing Hairdressing apprenticeships. Training for apprentices is fully sponsored by the government for 16-18 year-olds (so no fees to pay) and our courses for adults are competitively priced. Apprenticeships for those aged 19+ are co-funded, meaning that employers make a contribution to the training costs.

We really understand the hairdressing industry and start by talking with you about how we can best meet your needs. This is to find out about your existing training arrangements, the ambitions you have for your business and any challenges you face.

We carry out a health and safety check on your premises because we have a responsibility for safeguarding those on government-funded training. This check usually takes about 45 minutes. You will be given help and advice if you need to make any adjustments to your existing health and safety arrangements.

Your apprentices will never need to leave the salon to achieve their Apprenticeship. From the moment they are signed up as an apprentice with us, our trainer/assessors come to you. We work together because your role in the development of your staff is crucial to their success, and the success of your business.
